Who this is for

For the woman building a business while running a household.

You are the person everyone asks what is for dinner. You are tired of the four o'clock panic, the second trip to the shop, and the food that goes off because nobody planned around it.

What you'll learn

The pantry prompt that turns what you already own into a week of meals before you shop
How to get one consolidated list instead of four trips and three forgotten items
The substitution rules, so a missing ingredient never becomes a takeaway
How to plan around the week you are actually having — late meetings, kids' activities, the Friday you cannot cook
The fifteen-minute Sunday pass that keeps the whole thing running without you thinking about it

The step-by-step

  1. 01Photograph or list what is in the fridge, freezer and cupboard. Do not tidy it first.
  2. 02Run the pantry prompt. Ask for meals built from what is there, not from a recipe book.
  3. 03Pick five dinners and one backup. Seven is a fantasy and two is a crisis.
  4. 04Generate the consolidated list and buy only what is on it.
  5. 05Stick the week to the fridge. Fifteen minutes on Sunday, and the four o'clock question is already answered.
Straight from the guide

The pantry prompt, verbatim

The system is three prompts and two printable pages. This is the first prompt, and it is the one that saves the most money and the most evenings.

THE PROMPT — "Here is what is in my kitchen right now: [paste your list]. My family is [number] people and we do not eat [anything you avoid]. Plan five dinners using mostly what is here. For each: the name, the twenty-minute version, and the three ingredients I would still need to buy. Then give me one consolidated shopping list, grouped by aisle. Keep it under twelve items."

THE SECOND HALF — "Now check the plan against my week: [list your commitments]. Which night will this fall apart, and what should I swap it for?" This is the step everyone skips, and it is the one that makes the plan survive.

THE BACKUP RULE — always plan a sixth meal that needs no cooking. Not for laziness — for the Wednesday that goes wrong.

What's inside

Three prompts, the printable week planner, the consolidated shopping list, and the substitution table so a missing ingredient never turns into a takeaway.

What comes next

This takes one recurring decision off your plate. The Mom Boss program is where the rest of the household — and the business — gets the same treatment.
