The short version

We collect the minimum we need to send you what you asked for, run your program, and keep the community working. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

What we collect

• —Your name and email address, when you ask for the free guide, take the path quiz, or join the list.
• —Your quiz answers and the personalized reading we generate from them, so your program can be built around them.
• —Anything you choose to post in the community — your display name, your post, and any replies.
• —Your planner and goal entries: your weekly focus, your goals, your daily wins, and the notes you keep in your dashboard.
• —Basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, so we can tell what is working.

How we use it

• —To deliver the free guide and any program material you request.
• —To send the emails you asked for. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.
• —To generate your personalized quiz reading and your program curriculum.
• —To show your community posts and wins to other members, under the display name you choose.
• —To understand which pages and programs help women most, so we can improve them.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: a hosting and database provider, an email delivery provider, and AI model providers that generate your quiz reading and program content. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We will only share it beyond the providers above if the law requires it.

Your choices and your rights

To make any of these requests, contact us through the contact page and we will action it.

• —You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
• —You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
• —You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• —You can post in the community under a first name only, or anonymously as "A BossBabe".

How long we keep it

We keep your subscriber record and program data while you are on our list or enrolled in a program. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from active systems, and from backups as they cycle out.

Children

This site and our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure, and access to member and subscriber records is restricted to the team members who need it. Access controls are enforced at the database level, not just in the interface.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in our email newsletter.
