Niche Clarity Workbook

Define your niche, your audience, and your message in under 2 hours.

Read in under 30 min Beginner-friendly

Who this is for

For every woman ready to turn AI into income.

You have been told to niche down and every version you try either feels too small or too vague. You are not stuck on marketing; you are stuck because nobody has asked you the right three questions.

What you'll learn

The three questions that define a niche, and why most people answer the wrong one first
The who-is-this-not-for exercise, which does more for your message than any positioning statement
How to test a niche in one week using conversations rather than research
The one-sentence message, and the four ways to say it without sounding like a template
How to widen later without starting over — the niche you pick now is not a life sentence

The step-by-step

  1. 01Answer the three questions on paper. Do not edit as you go; get all three down badly first.
  2. 02Write the not-for list. Ten people or situations you are deliberately not serving.
  3. 03Turn the answers into one sentence: I help ___ get ___ without ___.
  4. 04Say the sentence to five real people this week and watch their faces, not their words.
  5. 05Keep the version that gets a follow-up question. That question is your niche confirming itself.
Straight from the guide

The three questions, verbatim

The workbook is a two-hour sprint built around these three questions and the exercises that follow each. Answer them in order — the order is the method.

QUESTION ONE · WHO — "Describe one real woman you have already helped, by name. What was she doing before, and what changed?" Not a demographic. A person.

QUESTION TWO · WHAT — "What is the one thing you do for her that she cannot easily do for herself?" If she could do it herself in an afternoon, it is not the thing.

QUESTION THREE · WITHOUT — "What is the thing she is afraid of, or tired of, that your way avoids?" This is the sentence that makes her stop scrolling.

Then the not-for list: ten people you are deliberately not serving. A niche is defined by its edges, not its centre.

What's inside

A two-hour guided sprint — the three questions, the not-for list, the message workshop with four sentence patterns, and the one-week conversation test that proves the niche before you build anything on it.

What comes next

This workbook gives you the sentence. If you want the offer, the page and the content built on top of it, the Full BossBabe Bundle at $47 is the next rung — and the Elite program builds the whole plan around your answer.
